Bachelor of Science Psychology & Education, Texas Southern University 1966 – Cum Laude, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Public Manager Southwest Texas State University, Graduate of Leadership Texas,   Graduate from the Governor’s Executive Development Program, University of Texas Management Training and Dale Carnegie Institute Graduate School of Public Speaking. I have a Master Degree in Education from Texas Southern University.

 

 

Lifelong member of the United Methodist Church, I was raised in Brooks Chapel UMC and I attend Jones Memorial UMC, I serve in numerous ministries at the local, district and conference levels.

Married to Howard Watson with (3) children, a lawyer, a stock broker and a Democratic Party Strategist.

I am a Lifetime Member of BMCR, serve as the Secretary for South Central Jurisdiction and as the Houston Area Local Caucus President.
